Our hours of operation are 8am - 4pm weekdays (excluding weekends & stat holidays)
Our website is updated frequently so items are listed as in-stock or with a pending arrival date mentioned in the top of the product description. We only make pre-orders available when we have a definitive date (hence the 404 error message) For out of stock items please sign up to our newsletter for updates or email firstname.lastname@example.org to be added to the wait list.
Over winter we are often sold out of stock but our summer shipments arrive in September so if you email us we can add you to the waitlist or sign up to our newsletter and we can let you know when pre-orders are live. If you are in real need check the US and Australia websites as we can source from there for an extra charge
